There's no evidence that Earl does not participate even though he lives in the US, Bill's status is uncertain, Woods is a successful business man in his own right who has said publicly he does his talking in the Board room, and Robert Elstone remains a member of the Board.

MATE because the evidence is that the appointed leader is ill and the only OK based board member doesn't answer questions at AGMs, so its reasonable to assume that the senior members cannot participate. As for Elstone the evidence for him to have shares, a requirement to be on the board, in the club wasnt there the last time the share register was released.

Speaking of AGMs the notice of it hasnt been published either.

I don't really want to pick on everything you say mate honestly, but......

(i) there are rumours Bill is ill, but not to my knowledge evidence
(ii) re Elstone, I don't know the Articles of Association verbatim, but I don't recall the necessity to be a shareholder to sit on the Board.

Happy to be corrected on either of the above though.

Same number of seasons in the Premier League as us. We still sit on our hands waiting for Netto to come and build us a stadium.

Absolute disgrace, why isn't more made about our absolutely disastrous decline? Get this board out.

It looks like a bit lop sided. But that is nick picking! Ace by the look of it. And so annoying.
 
A lot has been said about the failure to build a new ground at Kings Cross. What a prospect!! Could anyone post some links that is informal about why it didn't materialise and whose to blame?
 

The media dont care about us we have fallen way behind the so called top clubs. Why has there been no more information on this so called new ground we are looking at or is it just another big pipe dream why we wait for somebody to build it. We havent even had one update have we since it was anounced? Who is actually in charge its a shambles

If we want to move on and take the club forward we need to get rid of this board. Its ridiculous how most people are just happy with what we have got just constantly treading water.

Other clubs splash out and improve and we are looking for loans or bargains its embarrassing.

Things like that happen when you have a progressive long term thinking board, instead we have to put up with a short minded imbeciles who sit back and hope something falls into there laps.
