For those that are convinced that the Board and/or associates are acting illegally or acting in a manner which is damaging to the Company's (Everton Football Club Company Limited) interests and effecting this alleged activity through the BVI Company, BCR Sports they are probably aware that there is a process through BVI law to force the BVI Company to disclose information which might prove the alleged behaviour.
It is possible to apply through the BVI Courts for a disclosure order (sometimes known as a Norwich Pharmacal Order).
Given the certainty with which some claim wrong doings, I am surprised no-one (to my knowledge) has attempted this. Perhaps their words are stronger than their convictions..........
Can anyone submit this Norwich Pharmacal Order?
Financial law outside the EU for me is a little bit vague.
No, there are fairly strict criteria for applying - you would have to have an involvement with a company accused of illegality or wrong-doing. Nevertheless it would be possible for previous employees or Directors to apply to a BVI Court.
Isn't that the board's job? They've only had 17 years to find something.
Of the company (Everton or BCR Sports ?)
I'm asking since in order to apply you would have to have evidence of wrong doing where? In UK ?
In BVI?
Joe Public or Journalists in UK couldn't for instance?
It's not a mechanism for any Tom , [Poor language removed] or Harry, or journalist to circumvent the privacy laws of the BVI, it's a mechanism which might allow access to information which would assist either in the prosecution of a wrong doer or determine the innocence of someone potentially involved.
So claims of a lack of transparency are therefore warranted. Like I said the business of Everton Football Club is in the public interest. Due to the social importance of the club.
This is one of the criticisms levelled at the Liverpool ECHO as you know due to their scandalous misreporting of Everton's affairs on behalf of fans and the public.

In fairness they have enacted Plan A several times.
Plan A is to source a site and waste a few million £ doing feasibility studies. Then put your feet up and wait for the Fairy Godmother to arrive and stump up the cash.
There is no Plan B.
TBF, they did write a probing story about Kitbag, and came to conclusion that they didnt know much about it.
I doubt it as there's not likely to be a public interest case against a private BVI lender whom to my knowledge has done nothing illegal.
It's about 200 miles from Liverpool.
