I am not sure on him looking at his current formations and tactics - 3-4-2-1

He has more or less a fully fit squad and still time to make some movement in the transfer market to hopefully strengthen the midfield.

Personally I want someone from the outside and to clear the decks of the old guard then move forward.

We have no Director of Football, a board being reshuffled and no manager if we didn't have a a relegation battle to deal with and a owner who is listening to idiots, we are perfect to rebuild from the top down.

Pereira has been constantly linked with this job and he has failed twice so why now?
