Pretty much just described Poulsen too. Only he's 6'4" and plays for Leipzig.

we seriously need a CB, which I think everyone knows. the wrinkle for me is that we should be looking to replace Keane, not find a 3rd option. I'd like to say a true box-to-box 10, or maybe 8, as well as a proven striker, but I'm pretty sure the asking price mid-season is going to be highway...

hey don't get me wrong, Son's my favorite EPL player not in a Blues kit, I just can't even fathom us ever spilling that kind of cash. especially with the new stadium and all.

he's already valued at £100m. have you been paying attention to the ridiculous escalation in transfer fees? even the biggest clubs in the world set transfer fee records in the past 2 windows. so given that, yes, he's at minimum at £120m player :coffee:

not that contracts matter, but 2023. he's definitely a £120m buy though
