The chances of Giroud are not even comparable to those of Cesc. And while he prefers the middle he can move outside. Cesc cannot

For me Gylfi is a game changer. I don't feel the same way about Cesc in 2017-18 and beyond.

Im sticking to Fabregas not coming to Everton, not for 20m anyway, cant even think where you are getting that idea from. Fabregas is still in Contes plans and if he falls out of them there are a lot of clubs who will want him before us, unlike Barkley who seems to have zero clubs interested

While this negotiation process has been tedious, I would rather overpay for quality than pay the inflated prices the market still demands for second and third tier talent. Get him and Giroud and you have your set-up guy and one of the best with his head around the goal. Great chance to take one of the worst teams on free kicks in the league and make them one of the best.
