Siggi and Giroud on the pitch at the same time could work as I think they would each bring out the best in the other. I would be a little concerned about a lack of pace up front though.

Also, if Giroud plays up front and Siggi starts at No.10 does that mean Rooney starts wide, in midfield or on the bench.
