I think there's a realistic 18 points left there for us.

Could be a couple of points short of that if we get yet more injuries.

That'd get us to what we did last season and about the same league position.

To do that running on fumes in terms of squad investment has been remarkable.

Everyone at the club on the playing side needs to be congratulated.

That's what 'mentality monster' really means - not winning clutch games armed with world class players to come off the bench that cost a kings ransom.

Depending on England’s coefficient giving England 5 teams in next season’s CL (likely), and on who wins this season’s FA Cup, Carabao Cup, and an England team winning the EL and ECL, it’s theoretically possible that as low as 11th could get Europe next season.

We could be just 4 points off a potential dream tie against TNS here.

I look at the table and ask do West ham , Spurs , Man utd & Palace consider themselves in a relegation battle ?

I highly doubt it & neither should we now.

But 2 more wins to be absolutely certain , then it's breath easy and give the Old lady the best of send off's.

Before today's game I wanted 2 wins from Palace, United, Brentford, Wolves and Wham. We continue to exceed all expectation. No team in the bottom 3 is getting more than 35 points so 2 more wins from the next 4 and we're done.

If Ipswich go down, go and take Delap off their hands. He's an Everton number 9 all day.

It's thanks to both the efforts of Dyche and Moyes that we enter the new stadium as a PL club.

He may have kept us up over the last couple of seasons with incredibly difficult circumstances but he was defo taking us down this season, completely ran out of ideas

I`d like to add Lampard to that list too, as he thought that keeping us in the PL was worth celebrating like it was all we should be happy with.
Funny looking at the bottom six and seeing the bottom 4 with such a low points tally, Spuds are 15th with a +11 goal difference.

Nearly there? Leicester are not getting 14 more points then us this season, nor are Ipswich

West Ham look like that team who could drop late.

They have a very tough lot of away games and also Ipswich on final day.

Still got all of Forest, Bournemouth and Newcastle at home. That was a poor defeat for them today and they've also lost at home to Palace under Potter already.
