2024/25 Relegation Thread

Moyes is in consideration at Palace I heard? 2 good draws vs United and Chelsea.

3p points in 8games can't be good enough overall when you have played Brentford, Leicester, Forest, Everton and got 1 point out these games, despite 3 of these 4 have been away.

Nuno seems to be doing a decent job there at Forest on the quiet even thought it’s early days. Not sure who they’ve played so far but if they win tonight they’ll be 8th
Lots of draws. They are probably the team they should have been before they stupidly flooded the squad with nonsense.

Tough to know with Palace. They sometimes look incredibly toothless. Getting to the point in the season where the table stops lying. Need to get their better players in better positions.

Wouldnt like to of spent 30 mill on eddie the eagle

Imagine signing him instead of Ndiaye....dodged a bullet there I suspect.

Think Palace need to go to 4-3-3 and start Sarr just for more pace on the counter. That was a missed opportunity for them tonight. Spurs at home looks another probable loss based on respective form.

Even more important to beat Fulham as chance to go 8 points clear of Palace this early in the season could be crucial.

So it currently looks like Wolves, Palace, Saints, Ipswich and us, with possibly Leicester and West Ham having to look over their shoulder if they go on bad runs?

Hopefully we can be better than three of those when all is said and done
Spot on analysis. I dont think we’re in real danger compared to the last few seasons.

Wolves, Saints, Ipswich are the three weakest teams. Palace, Leicester, Everton and West Ham are in the next crop.

Personally, I’d like to see West Ham go. Any team that gets rid of Moyes after winning the first trophy since Moses was in nursery has delusions of grandeur and needs to go
