2024/25 Relegation Thread

Looks amazing. Look at what Dyche has done, and still 5 clubs below us.

How bad must they be to not be ahead of us by now? As long as we are digging deep for some weird bad vaulting...

About six weeks ago it was 8-9 point lead over Wolves, now just down to two points. Ipswich three points behind and have Bournemouth and Palace at home coming up. Might also get something off Man. United tomorrow.

It is no achievement whatsoever to be a few points above bottom three when you look at the fixtures for the first 12 games. Now getting a similar fixture list to Wolves for first two months and can't see doing much better than them.

Looks amazing yes!? An absolute nightmare run of fixtures coming up and absolutely no breathing space whatsoever.
We’ll be bottom 3 on New Year’s Day and I’ll vault you again.

If we have new owners, then going down doesn't t bother me, fed up of this relagation battle year in year out now, get us gone with Franklin, start a fresh

I'd love to know anyone who actually thinks Dyche could survive losing at home to Wolves. Even DaveK would struggle to come up with a coherent argument.

Look at the run after that aswell RS, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man. City!
We lost at home to Wolves last season, and they just thumped Fulham at Craven Cottage. I think the only teams worse than us are Leicester and Southampton, then it's between us and Ipswich for the 3rd relegation spot.

Long season...must win why? Because we are going to lose all the matches in December? We'll see, but I wouldn't bet against a decent December...Everton that.

That was early in the season and in fairness he quickly got things right (against likes of Brentford).

Already wasted several winnable games at Goodison and ultimately Wolves is another so dosen't bode well to me as it just piles on the pressure to dig out some shock home wins which may or may not happen.

Literally didnt say it was an achievement, read my post. I think Dyche is dreadful this season. The looks amazing was a direct response to a weird attempt at a vault asking "hows your logic looking" of saying there are some terrible teams out here that are worse than us.

Reading comprehension for more than 10 seconds is an amazing thing.

What are you on about!? Did you even read any of my posts?

And not very wise to be declaring whats what in the future, seen that time and time again.

This team has shown over the past 5 years that if they're expected to win, or should win, they can't handle the pressure. They've managed to scrape together enough unexpected points to survive, so I suppose we have to hope they do it again.
