Luck going with Ipswich, dodgy penalty and now the red card that wasn’t given but you also make your own luck. Wolves will probably win on Monday and once we’re in the drop zone not convinced the players will cope with pressure to get us out.

Too many people are seeing ipswich as Luton. They are not like Luton at all. Ipswich have a really good manager, some good players and every match for them is a cup final. We are worse under dyche. This needs to be a wake up call, we need to get a new manager in and 3 or 4 new players because right now we are going down

It is funny that Broadhead probably isn't even in the 5 most promising youngsters to come through recently and yet if you coach a player properly they can look decent at prem level. Who'd have thunk it

It’s the age old folly of people becoming complacent because Deathcember didn’t turn out quite so bad up to the Forest game due to gaining unexpected points (even if only draws) when the litmus test was always going to be home games and games against the other clubs.

Complacency also in assuming other clubs won’t pull off surprise wins.

3 weeks ago was after beating wolves 4 nil to move 5 points clear of the drop zone. And it's pretty irrelevant anyway what people here think or get complacent. We can do nothing about results. It's up those in charge and on the pitch to rectify that

Dead man walking isnt good enough.He can still do a lot of damage if he stays another month or so.

He looked like messi in the championship last year. This year not so much.

Delap would be good for us. Probably can’t afford him though.

Man. City have a buyback and Chelsea been linked over xmas so he isn't coming here to put it mildly.

I've defended DCL plenty over last 12 months as playing the lone CF in Dycheball is not an easy task but he can do more as some of Delap's control and hold up from hopefully punts towards the halfway line is exceptional.

He looks a decent bet to replace Kane in the national team in the next two years.

By how much? Because I don’t think it is much, if anything at all.

Pickford, Branthwaite, Ndiaye are starters for most teams 10th downwards.

Full-Backs, arguably the worst group in the league?

Wide players, laughable selection.

Managala and Doucouré are bottom six players.

League table is depressing. With Villa, Spurs and Brighton next for us, we could really do with a manager bounce and positivity in the players - or the rot sets in.

You’re right, GoldenToffee. Everything you said is 100% spot on. Everything we’re seeing on the pitch isn’t what we think we’re seeing. I don’t know who left believes him but it has to be dwindling. It all boils down to him. Every team from every sport has issues. They have injuries. They all wish they had so and so a player from this team or that team. Or we’re just two players away from success. But I swear all teams manage to scrape together a few wins each season in their sport. Until he’s replaced or something drastic changes with tactics, it just feels so hopeless. You see Ipswich crushing it week after week. Their fans are like the 12th man on the pitch. Dyche has taken Goodison out of the equation.
