Dele is actually a fantastic left winger, Lampard had a preseason to implement the system he never really showed signs of doing before, somehow the midfield is actually not bad and Tarkowski is actually one of the best CBs around.

Hopefully without a manager intent on dismantling the club from the inside we won't be going 14 games without a win. That's a not insignificant difference.
As things stand I think we could be in for another scrap at the bottom.
But if we can get over the line 9-10 more solid signings I'd say mid table could be secured.
