Fans of other clubs are definitely not thinking that, I can assure you. They think we are a total laughing stock.

And why are people even remotely concerned about what other fans think. Who cares? We just got embarassed by our near neighbours at home with their fans singing our manager's name. That's what embarassment really is.

I've had two blackpool fans and one utd fan text me asking about 27 mins and saying they hope it works.

Been a few of them lately mate, this was the last home game.

Welcome to the forum.

An even bigger one!

Thank you.

Present Squad

Good enough:

DCL, Doucoure, Richo, Pickford, Gray

Adequate

Digne, Townsend, Keane, Godfrey, Allan, Mina, Gordon (has potential), Delph (maybe), Davies (just about)

The Rest:

Sell immediately ALL excepting potential youth development.

Permanently Unfit: Gbamin, Gomes, Tosun
Not Good Enough: Siggurdsson, Holgate, Kean
Terminally Useless: Coleman, Iwobi, Rondon, Begovic and other keeper, Kenny

I rate only 5 of our squad anywhere near good enough, a further 8 or 9 adequate and the remaining 12 a waste of space. This is a terrible indictment of the present set up.
DCL and Pickford, the rest I would get rid of tomorrow as I don't think they are even remotely good enough.

so you're full behind a strategy of humiliating the person to whom the club is completely beholden. And if he thinks 'bugger this' calls in his loans, and tips us over a cliff that will have been worth it cos at least then we will have brought about 'change'
Oh god - crap - You actually think this is what he will do if we all walk out on 27mins tonight, and humiliate him?!

After he's sunk millions of his own money into us, he will just pull up the drawer bridge and loose even more multi-millions of pounds and bin off BMD?!

He will just let it all go and liquidate us?!

Ok, ok ,ok, Jesus christ - you've convinced me, I'll stay in my seat.

What’s the old saying? “Be careful what you wish for”

Delph and Davies as subs.. great isn't it?

An accurate assessment

I’ve just had posters telling me no one‘s interested in any other club but their own lol

The one thing that confuses the heck out of me are the people like dave who think an entire wholesale change is needed but "protesting isn't going to solve anything" and others who think "you should turn your back to the pitch instead of walking out".

Ok? Why not have people protest any way they want? The club really is in an extremely precarious position right now. If you think it would get the point across more to turn your back, do it. If you think it would get the point across by walking out at 27minutes, do it. Why not have others stay in their seat and protest too?

To quote the great Rush, "if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice".
Dave like to be on the opposite side of every argument

This is our club. Not his.
He may be the custodian but do you honestly think he cares of the state he will leave it.
We will be here in decades to come. Our kids will be. He won't.
I want my grandchildren to have a club to come to and the way it's going, there won't be a club for them to enjoy.

Very droll. The number of fans who think billionaires somehow become billionaires while setting fire to hundreds of millions because their feelings have been hurt is mind boggling.

Moshiri has put half a billion in, presumably he'd like to get it back out and then some. But if the loyalists are to be believed, one wrong glance at Moshiri and he'll be bouncing rubber cheques, and shoveling the dirt from BMD back into the Mersey himself.

Thing is a lot of Everton fans think the walk out is nonsense, if most of our fans do cant see many from other clubs thnking it is a good idea

Then they can sit and support the team as much as they want.

But that's not my experience of this at all.

And who on earth cares about what others clubs think. They already think we are a total joke

I’ve had mates who support West Ham and Sheffield Utd. message me saying they think it’s a great idea, I’ve had only 1 message that says it shouldn’t go ahead, guess what, it was from an old school mate of mine, a Liverpool season ticket holder. He, rather predictably, said ‘getting rid of Brands will do the trick, the club can give Benitez total control now and back him in the window, you’ll be fine under Benitez if you give him time.’ It’s funny really, he wasn’t good enough for them 15 years ago when he was relevant, but, he’s fine for us now.

Benitez, Kenwright and Barrett-Baxendale should all follow Brands through the gate as soon as possible. Let’s see if we can get Moshiri to get some competent football people to run the club and then take a step back and allow them to do it.

The fan base is so split here, collaborators who think a dinosaur RS manager is the answer…
Appeasers who don’t want to upset Moshiri and want to stay happy clapping with BK..
and those willing to make a point in front of the tv paymasters and the owner to say ‘it’s not good enough.
Which camp is your choice.
