I’ve got to know Paul over the last year, throughly decent guy who’s a massive blue and someone who should be commended for shining a light on the appalling way this club has been run, I mean the evidence is right in front of everyone , seven years ago when Moshiri took control Brighton we’re in league one, seven years later we are buying there back up striker to fill the void in attack , because we had to let go of our top striker to keep within financial fair play rules . That says it all for me

That really does speak volumes, Jesus. We are being run by dangerous people and I can’t believe people actually thought things were going to just suddenly get better.

If i remember correctly a walkout was arranged over that at a game and they got abuse from fans at the time.

Rooney got made out to be the villain in this piece. Some people even today think Rooney and Arteta pushed for them transfers.
Rooney confirmed the worst kept secret on his toffeetv interview, that Bill tried to sell him to Chelsea behind his back and that he wanted to stay at Everton, but thought he might as well sort his own move out, to a club he wanted to go to, if they were doing that.

The club did a number on the kid, blaming him for it all, with moyes part of the whole thing, looking after his mate Bill.

Laughable that Billy liar still gets a rousing reception, or that moyes is even respected and held in any regard whatsoever, by the true believers.

This is it for me... You'd think just by chance they'd get a couple of big decisions right.

BIll Kenwright is in his late 70s. Where else in the world is there a guy who invests none of his own money in to a huge business still running the day to day of it at that age?

Not gonna lie I thought he was a bit older than this. Disappointing.

You'd think he'd like to enjoy life, sit in his favourite chair with a nice cup of tea. He's got enough money, what are you going to do with a little bit more at that age? Why cling so aggressively to a bauble that has brought you nothing but grief, stress and abuse in your autumn years? Well either it's nothing more than ego or there are some bodies he really doesn't want digging up.

Another thing the club did , controlled the narrative on selling a young prodigy so everyone would hate him , despicable really

I was lucky enough to get in the Everton boardroom. It was prior to a match, I was nothing but an observer he was with Big Joe, Colin Harvey, Steve Walsh also the Burnley chairman and Martin Dobson plus a few others. The manner in which he held court, fawned other people, fussed and behaved led me to know he ain't going anywhere. All of these football legends everywhere and it was the Kenwright show. I was surprised his ego could fit in the directors box. Everyone else seemed so humble in comparison.

The people acting like it was a golden ages under Kenwright pre Moshiri are utter clowns. In that era we sold the arguably the greatest footballer of his generation for what is now basically chicken feed. Not content with that, our chairman and board sold him and pushed this horrible false narrative that Rooney was the villain all because they didn't have the balls to man up and tell the truth that they needed the money and the lad was the only way of getting it. Kenwright stood on silently as Rooney came in for some of the worst, most vile abuse I've ever seen given out to any player in amy context. All as a nineteen year old kid! Kenwright let that abuse go on for years and years and never once intervened (to this day he's never admitted the truth). Don't try and tell me that he's a good guy or anything else because its blatantly untrue. He's an lair, a user, a fantasist and an egomaniac.

Rooney couldnt wait to get out of here!

Seriously have a word with yourselves.

Regardless of peoples opinions on the board or whatever, he left at the first chance he got and then mocked us for years afterwards.
