Empoli - very, very good with me, when i was setting up my side hustle. Sorted me tickets, and the atmosphere was great and the beer wasn't bad either.
I remember stopping for a look at Empoli stadium (on my way to Vinci from Montelupo). The openness of it meant you could almost see the pitch and with the seats being blue it was a draw to look anyway.
