4/4/1/1

A lot of posters seem to want to play 4/3/3 or a back 3/5. I Think 4/4/1/1 is the formation for the season coming. Think it’s probably the most solid and easiest system to work. Obviously it’s not the most attacking system, but I think Everton are going to have to fight and grind for every point this season and 4/4/1/1 I think will give the best chance to do this.
What's your own club mate . We will join their forum and tell them what to do as well

Better playing 6-3-1 and just hoping to scrape 38 points.

Pickford
Coleman Holgate Godfrey Mina Tarkowski Mykolenko
Doucoure Allan Delph*
DCL
*signed on a new 2-year deal

Just lash the ball up to DCL and get him to time waste right from the first whistle.

Does remind me of a few Scotland national teams I’ve seen

I hear the arena calling.

118 118. Oh, hang on, you mean footie formations?

Dunno, unless we sign a few more packing the midfield and protecting the back 4 seems sensible. 3 in the middle because they're all so limited, so we can't play a 2.

No need to be a tit mate. The lads allowed to make a thread without being bullied and called a numpty. Scroll on if it irks you so much.

On topic - doesn't matter what formation we use we'll still be crap until better players come in

Excuse me sir, why are you implying I called said poster a numpty. That's a bit rude and presumptious of you. Are you projecting your own feelings of said poster on me? Sir, I think maybe you need to take some time away and evaluate your role in this thread and the virtues of the vaunted 4-4-1-1 formation including 4 central midfielders. Likely to be Scottish.
