Nothing wrong with positivity.
Yeah it's horribly unlikely. But who knows?!
Well we know, but do we really know?
Proper schizophrenic Evertonian response!

I want to say we should treat every game like a cup match, but that wouldn't do us any good. The league table's irrelevant for us at the moment, there's absolutely no strategy we can employ other than try to win every game.
Spurs away
Arsenal away
Liverpool away
Chelski away
The above says we are doomed anyway.
Stoke & Spurs with no Fella, Jags, Howard or Peanuts
But Chelsea will win West Ham tomorrow so were six points off 4th with Arsenal at 5th so our without being negative our season is all but technically over.

We weren't going to win today either, according to the doomsayers.

I'd like to see more of this positivity thing.
If this thread was on RAWK we'd be laughing at them.
That said, it depends on how we play the big sides away. I'd say we need to treat each one as a cup final but under Moyes that wouldn't be the best bit of advice!!!
The longer we can keep the players thinking there's nothing to play for the better. The minute expectation is placed back on them, I'll back them to fall apart every single time.
Still hopeful of 5th but that's the best case scenario in my eyes now.
Thats that then
Truth be told I thought our season was just about over before kick off today. But, following the game, and having seen Kenwright's tears of joy, all I can say now is ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
Watch this space guys.

Sorry but pointing out math (we're 4 points off 4th at the moment), and pointing out that we have games with 3 of the 5 teams above us in the table providing an opportunity to move up isn't exactly Kopite behavior Tubey. Sorry you feel that way.
Tell you what, I'll start a 500th thread bashing Kenwright or ****ging off our players, our manager, our fans, etc.
Is f***ing right. Saying 4th is a possibility and being positive is hardly the same as Rodgers saying they'll finish 2nd or Liverpool fans saying 4th is the aim when they're 9 points off the pace.
Win the four home games and that's 12 points, then draw a couple of the aways.
We don't even need to win the away matches to be in with a shout.
