I, too, disagree with this post and want you to know about it. In fact, how dare you. You deserve the 5 pages solely of grief just for posting this. Might just take legal action myself for this atrocity.

That's correct. With yet another PL Independent Commission deciding how much we have to pay out. More work for the Super Silk (below is from the Guardian at the time of the original decision - presumably nothing has changed, except I guess Forest would have to pay too if they lose their case).

To be honest if the losses weren’t big we wouldn’t be anywhere near the charge. It’s pretty easy to work out they must have been.

I genuinely don't understand how they can be but if 6 is the starting point then we can only be done for a third of that which would be 2 points tops.
