Looks like it from where I am sitting. My read is they reserve the right to relegate us after the season even if we have stayed up on the pitch after all games have been played. They want us out.

It's vital we take advantage of our game in hand.
Who is it against, again!?
Throw into the mix that Chelsea will escape any punishment on a convenient rule change incoming soon.Disagree
The what about City comments are absolutely fair in my view
They have decided to take all the charges in one go, and there is some logic to that.
But they could have heard some of the charges separately like the PSR ones for example. But they've decided not to. And that certainly is unfair while other single charges are heard under a much quicker process.
Thing is though, did I read the appeal will be seen by the same panel that just did this case? Why would they go "aye have one back" - just makes them look like they didn't do the job properly first time round.
hasn’t it been a different one for eaxh?
So then based on this, Forest should get a further points deduction after their appeal?
Moose never lies
So we're where we would have been if Muric and O'Shea didn't do us a favour on Saturday. Cool.

Just having a gander at the report, and they gave us a 5 point deduction. Took 2 off for double jeopardy and Ukraine war issues, then took another point off for cooperating.
Didn’t Forest get 2 off for cooperating?
