City must be pretty sure that they’ll be found guilty by the panel so they’re taking it to a real court instead

Lol, "tyranny of the majority"! I'm not sure they understand the meaning of the word "tyranny". I guess that's what happens when you're owned by actual tyrants.
More to do with Real Madrid’s spending power than anything else.Imagine winning 4 titles on the spin and then claiming any restrictions on your spending is 'anti-competitive'.
Knobheads.
Be hilarious if they got off with it. Yet little old Everton, Forest and Leicester get deductions. But I am in a pickle with it because I just think ‘great, fight them as the rules are crap anyway’.
I think they're suing the wrong governing body if soMore to do with Real Madrid’s spending power than anything else.
I am delighted this is happening.
It lays bare the corruption in football.
Everton and to a lesser degree Forest are severely punished for what are minor offences compared to what City are accused of.
The PL have clearly been unable or are afraid to take on City and this forces their hand.
If the rules governing football are thrown out then do we retrospectively get our points back with the extra money that would bring for a higher placement.
Are we to be compensated for all the negative publicity around the club all season?
Are the rules now to be cherry picked where some still stand but others don't ?
Agree. But what they are fighting for has nothing to do with our rediculous made up PSR punishments. They simply want related companies in their group to be able to sponsor each turnstile for £4trillion pounds and make that a legitimate increase in their revenue, which spending limits will be based on. Only a couple of clubs will benefit from that change, and whilst most billionaire club owners have other businesses that might say sponsor your training ground for £15m for no good reason at all (ahem), they won’t be able to stick in £500m a year without blinking, and have no intention to ever recoup it.I don’t care what Man City have done, if there’s a battle between City and the Premier League then I’m on Team City.
The PL are a much bigger threat to our existence than City. I want to see them neutered.
It's like Trump complaining about him being the victim of a political agenda because he was found guilty of breaking the law.Lol, "tyranny of the majority"! I'm not sure they understand the meaning of the word "tyranny". I guess that's what happens when you're owned by actual tyrants.
