I can't believe Leicester have pulled a fast one and got away with this although it should surprise nobody, Notts Forest have been buying what seems like 5 players a week during the transfer window and Chelsea have got a squad so large it almost matches the population of China meanwhile we play by the rules and are struggling to offer 1 year loan contracts or paying Young and Coleman for the pleasure of their company this season

Just reading Leicester actually changed their accounting period to end of from May every other to June in June 2023 - when they relegated, to ensure their PL golden share was transferred before then end of the their accounting period so the PL wouldn't have jurisdiction.
