6 + 2 Point Deductions

Is why i am confused that they seem to be going out to get us so hard for the stadium loan for the second time. And stuff like this and chelsea pass the test
well surely after this weeks news regarding other teams on the cusp of getting dry walloped with PSR we won’t get done again as if they did it would absolutely set off a world of problems they really don’t want nor need

They are caught between a rock and a hard place now.
Hypothetically give a club a points deduction this season and they get relegated while Leicester get none and stay up will cause a whole world of problems and alot more controversy.
While on the other hand they can't be seen sitting on their hands this season if clubs have breached PSR having docked us and Forest points already. Doing that would show that they have totally bottled it.
They have sleepwalked themselves very quickly into a very tight corner now by their own doing and incompetence. Majority of other organisations would have heads rolling at this stage

whether the league wants to do us again or not they can’t. If they do, they open up a whole can of worms that they will not be able to close. They made their ‘point’ with us and have to hope it blows over.

There's a job advert by the PL seeking 3 legal posts ... including one to lead the compliance side.

Looks to me that the PL are ramping up their side for a good old fight.
£32m spent by them last season will be peanuts by the time City have finished with them

Super Silks all round (as Private Eye might say)

It doesn't mean that at all. I'm sure if the PL rock up at Burnley, Luton or Sheffield Utd's door this year they'll be told where to go, but it means nothing to other clubs. They'll tweak the rules and it'll be forgotten about.

EPL will close the loophole. It's them that look silly, and their response to appeal ruling is they are not too happy that Leicester have got off... I'm pleased they got off, every fan outside the sky six should be. And further shows how incompetence is in ingrained EPL as it thrashes about kow towing to six clubs.

Its like Carry On Football Governance now.

More creative book keeping at Chelsea by selling the women's team agmonst themselsves . Women in service to men is still a thing.

It seems as though the PL ruling on approving Aston Villa to sell Villa Park to their owners to allow themselves to be PSR complaint a few seasons ago cornered themselves into having to agree to Chelsea selling their hotels to themselves

Clearlake and Bohely aren't daft. They know what they're doing and are taking the Mick out of the PL.

There's a rumour that he also thinks he can cancel these long term contracts like they do in the NFL for example. So I'm pretty sure there'll be something in those 9 year deals that allows them to do so with a minimum fee.

They opened a can of worms when they deducted us 10 points in the first instance. And it followed with a lesser punisher for forest, chelsea getting away with the most bollocks tricks ever, Leicester not getting any and city to no doubt get a very lenient punishment.

We are a joke and soon as the other punishments came out we should have been right on the case, truth is, no one cares at Everton, no one running it to care

I remember they were going to crack down on diving with retrospective bans being issued. Niasse got one first game of that season but don`t recall anyone else getting one. This seems to be going the same way, we get hit first with a harsh punishment, then other clubs start getting found out, and they realize most of the league could be breaching the PSR in some way, and they may as well scrap the rule when their friends at the top are shown to be in breach of them.
