Seems that way to me, although it’s probably something we will get clobbered for.

Another win for City against the incompetent and corrupt PL is always funny mind, and continually undermines the 115 charges they have levelled at city, but as always it’s checking club badge and money talks.

Looks to me that City have lost large parts of their case. There will be implications for other clubs who have interest free loans which means they may find themselves in PSR trouble when they were not expecting it. Hardly a massive win City, the opposit I think.
