6 + 2 Point Deductions

How heads haven't rolled in the PL I just do not know. Well actually I do but if it was any other organisation there would be resignations and firings left right and centre

According to Leicester's Super Silk, the PL PS rules are full of holes and so badly worded that any competent KC should be able to walk it .... except the one we employed obviously

He also thought City would win their court case ... which it appears they may have.

If it wasn't for the fact we were hammered, it would be mildly amusing

I hope when that happens, TFG launch legal action against the league as well. Maybe even a fans law suit from supporters.
It'll be all "Well those were the rules at the time... by the way here's another 6 points deduction for having the audacity to challenge us"

But absolutely, yes, the league should be sued at the VERY least for the amount lost in league positions. That's not even taking into account the lost potential of the season, not being able to spend to improve the squad, etc. It all had a huge impact on the club and the supporters, and the club just accepted it and even thanked the Premier League.

I can't fully get my head around this. As I understand it, City's reported win is for something totally unconnected to the 115 charges. Whether they prove it to be un-actionable from now on or not, doesn't stop them from being investigated for past transgressions as they have a signed contract agreeing to the rules as part of their shareholding and subsequent involvement. The simple answer to any attempt to remove this from past season should be if you didn't like it, don't sign it. I know it's unlikely they'll remove themselves from the EPL, but legally, that should be the stance.

The guy we had is one of the best in the country at this sort of stuff, the issue with us was (as always) we left it far too late when we brought him in.

I think the problem we had was Moshiri going in to represent us in the first hearing and admitting guilt and telling them we needed to buy a midfield.

By the time the City thing is over and done with Id be astonished if Masters is still in charge, I would imagine he is on thin ground now tbh.
The amount of time and cost pursuing City, he needs the to win the case, it's costing the member clubs a fortune. His policy of aggressively taking on their own members, at the cost of their own members, has been disastrous.
