I hope they get relegated.I will never forget the fact that if the League had their way, we would have had 18 points deducted.
Hope City take them to church.

Fair, it’s less about seeing City win and more about seeing Masters cryI hope they get relegated.
Yeah both would be boss but i will settle for seeing City relegated as that will probably bring tears to Masters as well anyway.Fair, it’s less about seeing City win and more about seeing Masters cry
Or at least more of a level playing field where the rules of football, rather than commercial expediency, are applied ...A European league where those participating need to leave their domestic league would be absolutely bliss. No real fans want a European league for their club at the expense of the Premier League. Hopefully it happens sooner rather than later and we can look forward to competing for domestic success again.
Totally agree, never thought I would but there you go. A competitive British super league and ret set across other European clubs would certainly be good for the game as a whole. Let’s be honest, it’s gotten a bit boring other that our obvious obsession with Everton. Man City going to war with the premier league will be the catalyst, I’m sure.A European league where those participating need to leave their domestic league would be absolutely bliss. I think its how you frame you from an accountancy point of view mate - im not sure its actually all that complicated.
The big takeover here is the brakes have been taken off third party ownership and yesterday City, Newcastle and probably Chelsea were unlocked.
Where we sit in that is hard to know with TFG.
Can see a lot of interest in investing in PL clubs now.
I want City to get relegated and then sue Masters personally and they win so big that he has to leave court wearing a barrel with shoulder straps like in those silent movies.Yeah both would be boss but i will settle for seeing City relegated as that will probably bring tears to Masters as well anyway.
All very true. I mean a conglomerate with a wide range of businesses and sponsors I'm sure is going to be very positive about that development, and probably why they supported it.
The game is gone really. It’s sad. I mean money always helped but a decent manager and a few canny signings could turn a club round in the old days. Not so much now.I sometimes have an existential moment and wonder about the future of the game, what we might be witnessing is the emergence of just dominance - are City turning the PL into a forgone conclusion, is that based on sporting integrity or have they just Lance Armstrong themselves, can Newcastle and Chelsea now do the same, how do you compete. Competition isn’t about sport now, it’s based on ledgers and commercial income - maybe it always, but at the level of Sovereign Wealth funds and geo political Sports Washing - I don’t know where you go from there or how you compete.
Then what does that mean for the pyramid the gap between the PL and Championship will shortly become insurmountable.
The beauty, integrity and competitiveness is being lost.
I’ve always been against it, but I’m really beginning to think the only way around it is caps, but that his own risks.
If a super league happens we will be toast. Tv revenue will nosedive.
However, I think city will be isolated though. I can't see RS or United going with them. The German clubs aren't interested either.
