Leicester didn't submit their accounts in time last year and got away with it so I doubt they are going to do it this year.

Leicester got away with it as they basically changed their account period from 12months to 13 months as well. The rumours as ive said none stop for ages are that they are supposedly going to be way over again. But as always you never know what way any team come up with stuff to be deducted. till you hear official stuff
