I think the PL found out how hard it was to actually hold clubs accountable to the PSR they created. The way city pulled the wool over everyone`s eyes for best part of a decade and were never sussed out until recently, they knew they were breaching the rules and knew how to cover it up, and they had previous for doing similar. We brought the PL`s attention to our situation and asked for their help to comply with the rules, and we got well hammered with point deductions that could have had us relegated.

Yes, makes me wonder whether we should have kept schtum - we made it way too easy for Masters and his corrupt cabal to attack us.

Nevertheless, the worse seems over and we have survived despite the fans of other self righteous clubs jumping on the bandwagon and trying to tarnish us by labelling us 'cheats'. Just shows how thin a tightrope many clubs are treading unless like City and Chelsea there is both the money and legal experts available to exploit the loopholes of PSR
