If they are going to dock them points, this season is the one to do it as it will not affect the title race. Saw this too, but it's based on the opinion of a professor at Sheffield Uni who likes to speculate about football finances.
He thought our initial 10 points would be halved, hes also gone on record saying Forrest would get a harsher penalty, but then going back on it saying it will be less.
I don't think he's thought are completely invalid, but I don't think it's a reliable source of what will happen.

It would be so typical to dock them 40 points and they still finish above us. Ugh. They deserve 100 points taken away with relegation. We got docked twice and the PL was probably disappointed we survived.
