Until they try to make an example of us again in the future ? PSR/ FFP has been found out for what it's been all along, a way of keeping the Liverpool's, United's, City's, Arsenal's where they are and keeping the rest where they think they belong.
E anyone forgets United have spent for years aswell. Like most teams they have signed poor players.

how funny would that be, they brought this in to protect the darling clubs and one of the darling clubs inadvertently gets walloped. It'll never happen though. Penalty to Liverpool!

City fan here - has your club written to the PL asking why United have not been docked points for their HUGE loss whereas your club and Forest were both penalised. FYI - City's case has nothing to do with losses so different case altogether.

We brought it to the PL`s attention that we were in danger of breaching the PSR limit and were looking for assistance from them so that we would stay within the limits. When we ended up going over the limit the PL decided to come down heavy on us to scare all the other clubs from getting into a similar situation. Thing they didn`t realize was that lots of other clubs were only staying PSR compliant because they were finding loop holes around the rules or just fiddling with their accounts.
City`s case may not be exactly the same, but they have been serial offenders when it comes to braking financial rules and seem to have gone to serious lenghts to hide the fact they were doing it.
Sadly, they both have perfectly valid points of view
