6 + 2 Point Deductions

Everything’s getting dropped so that there won’t be outrage when City get off with theirs.
Add 8 points to us this season and give forest their points back, apologise to both clubs and let everyone know that PSR rules weren't ever supposed to be applied to any of the super massive fantastic clubs but now that 2 of them have broken these rules things need to be changed.

There should be. I'm guessing they don't get points deductions and found guilty of somethings. But just like the Uefa charges, they'll be punished financially due to them being historical charges (which is the point of it all).

I'm pretty sure this was said the exact day they got charged.

It's corrupt
I mean it’s abundantly clear now , or it’s about to be anyway , just how corrupt it is but honestly I’m equal parts furious and hilariously amused that all the clubs watching from the sidelines now see what we’ve known for ages .

Now they’ll all be outraged but it’s too late , joke the whole thing .

City and Chelsea to both get big fines and suspended points deductions, single figures for the points.

Only bright spot will be the fume from the hole punch on the hill will be biblical.

Hopefully, the club has learnt it's lesson, playing nice, holding your hands up doesn't work. Dig in and drag it out.
If the club has learned anything it's not to be nice about things anymore and remind the PL about what was said about financial punishments being pointless to wealthy owners, bring them to court for loss of earnings due to points deduction and compensation for the grief it has caused the club and supporters.

For the disproportionate punishment we received, applying the ratio to City they should already be near the bottom of the Championship. Oh wait, they have Pep and Haaland. Time to cancel the PSR for good.

I saw an article by Borsan today stating that Everton still may be deducted points because of the interest dispute from last season. Calls himself a journalist and didn't bother to do his fact checks. If he had, he would have known that the premier league officially dropped their claim yesterday. What has this dope got against Everton. He cant wait to see us sanctioned again.

Lawyers, good lawyers, strong owners, none of which we had.

Moshiri was too busy hoping they would ask where his money came from so he had to keep his head down.

The Forest owner probably said drugs when they asked him.
Whilst true, I don't think the league wanted to actually pursue anyone else. They just wanted to make an example of us for the teams complaining and get out of dodge. We made a stink and their hands were forced to pursue the other teams. Turns out the other teams destroyed the rules even worse than we did and they get to walk off scot free. Better legal representation or not, it's a joke. Very sad

I know mate, spot on.. He’s a right whopper who you’d love to punch.

I see the way the PL treated are PSR case as politically motivated, certainly at the outset. The government being able to lift £3 billion from the forced sale of Chelsea for being funded by Russian money, just as we were. Not being able to sanction the club directly the other option would be for the ruling sporting body to do it for them, the ruling out of our sponsorship deal being rejected as an aggrevating factor in our losses being the obvious point.

Given how clubs have been treated since, I'd be all for looking into suing the fa.
Other clubs like utd and Chelsea have been allowed to write stuff off or do dodgy deals to get away with it...

If city had to prove savinho was fair market value because he was in their group , why wasn't selling the women's team and hotels to their own group with Chelsea scrutinised to the same degree?

Why could we not just pay a fine like city are increasingly looking likely to do...

The way we were treated impacted us massively.

Loss of prize money due to league placings.
Loss of sponsorship deals
Missing out on players due to potential relegation

The others should have stood with us at the time, instead of trying to kill us along with the gangsters.
