Just finally read the full report. A bit farcical that there is no explanation of how 10 points was reached if they supposedly rejected the PL suggestion. Appeals IMO should highlight the stadium and it's value to the economy and English football, and the issue with 'Player X'. Either we could have sold him for decent money, or we would've been able to use him on the field and thus negate the need to spend money on another player.

I think we underestimated Player X's worth. A goal or assist every 3 games during his time.

They're letting one of English footballs grandest stadiums get into a state of deterioration too. While on the other hand we're building one that will regenerate that area of the city, create untold jobs, host matches at the Euros in 2028 etc etc.

I was all for us having our own agenda and not bringing other teams into it, but after hearing Man Utd’s chanting I think the next banner we have at Forest should be big enough to cover every person in our away end and it should say;

United a billion in debt
City 115 charges
Chelsea etc

Someone who is good at the maths needs to start scrutinising accounts from similar teams to see if they are tucking stuff under aswell. I just can’t see us being the only club in the last three years to go over 105m, what about Wolves, Villa?

Conspiracy theory here. Part of me feels like they've given us this punishment to add some interest to what would have otherwise (possibly) been a drab relegation battle. Could have had three teams set adrift before Christmas. But with us in the mix it'll add some value to these relegation games.

If we're 5 points behind come February they might give us 4 back to make it competitive again.

Why is anyone buying this absolute bunkum about the inferred sporting advantage - it’s a blatant lie and load of rubbish.
