A suspended sentence is the worst possible outcome.

I agree, if it was postponed to a later season means we start off with minus 10 points.

Except I think PL are moving away from PSR to salary caps based on incomes? That being the case, BMD will exponentially help our finances going forward as I expect it to generate significant income away from pure football via concerts etc

They've spread their costs over the course of long contracts, in some cases 7 or 8 years long.
Great for the accounts today but if they don't work out, you are stuck with them on the books

They will need to continue to sell certain assets, with a large book markup (e.g. academy players), to help balance the books.

If they don’t reach CL, which they won’t this year, I have no idea how they will make it work.

Think that's just with the league. They don't have to be made public till March

I would be hopeful that the trend is moving in a better direction for the period to June 23, since we sold Gordon for full profit and reinvested £0.
