I can’t see any points coming back.
The teams below us will complain.
Just hope we get enough new points to stay up. That’d be nice.
They wouldn't have anything at all to complain about, it's not going to be a consideration at all.I can’t see any points coming back.

Wow... think you should go for a long walk this New Year.... need to get this equine excrement way of thinking out of your brain IMO.If they successfully kill a club like us, Wolves, Palace etc, they are showing themselves to be an unstoppable deity - an ultimate embodiment of authority who can't be touched by an independent regulator. Plus, one less club to worry about upsetting the status quo like Leicester did.
It's one less risk to the supremacy of the Sky darlings and the target demographic that worships them from thousands of miles away... they matter more than the match goer to those in power.
Well, that's the PL's logic anyway. Obviiously it's complete and utter equine excrement, but since they could well hold the key as to whether or not we stay up and remain solvent, it's the only logic that matters it would seem.
About what? They’re points that we’ve won on the pitch. We aren’t getting donated an extra 10 points. Quite frankly it’s got nothing to do with them and they should mind their own business. If their plan this season is to stay up because of a technicality involving another club then they’re a bit of a mess really aren’t they.

They can be angry but what right do they have to decide what punishment we should get, i get others can complain with it taking until this season like others will do for city ect. But for the likes of luton burnley shef united to complain that some of the points have been given back and loose because we got points that this team won. Why should they gain a sporting advantage from itDon’t you think Everton would complain if a team we were fighting it out with got docked points for admitting to break rules then many months later got them back massively impacting the outcome of a season in financial terms in the biggest league in the world?
You’d be alright with that? I’d be fuming, so why wouldn’t Luton, Burnley, and Sheffield United.
Do you think if we got our points back fans of those clubs would applaud justice being served?
I don’t. They’ll be fuming,

whatever happens at the appeal will be the end of that charge for us, whatever we get good or bad other teams and us will just have to go with it. But as the club said we will be watching how they deal with other clubs in the same positon. Is what i cant wait to see happen to either see clubs be treated the same as everton have or for us to finally stand up hopefully get more support and show that they only care about the so called top6 clubs because what they can offerYou are right those clubs or fans have no right to dictate the punishment. The premier league have truly shot themeselves in the foot with what will be a never ending cycle.
Those clubs will probably go £20m over budget and say “but Everton did it”… the PL have created a mistake they cannot undo.

The biggest mistakes the PL have made with this is by deciding that they should throw the book at us. We brought it to the PL attention before we broke the limit, looking for direction to how we could still comply with FFP. Their coming down so severely on us for this offence and also saying we could expect further point deductions if we are charged again would likely encourage teams to adopt the City or Chelsea approach to FFP and just break the rules say nothing and see if the PL find out, maybe 10 years or more later. You are right those clubs or fans have no right to dictate the punishment. Who gives a toss what they say? Why are you so arsed? They can cry all they want, they’re an absolute irrelevance in the case, it doesn’t concern them one bit. We aren’t getting given extra points, we’ve been scammed out of points that we’ve fairly won, those clubs don’t even come into the discussion. The point you’re trying to make is really odd tbh.
Its incredible to me that so many are assuming there'll be points handed back to us.I just feel slightly embarrassed for those who think the points will actually come back, just coz some flashy lawyers on Twitter pull up some legal jargon.
