We don’t have to be so obvious. Just start Keane. The whole club, staff and players need to get involved
Kick the ball into our own net ten times as a defiant gesture

Only clubs who are forecasting losses needed to submit by 31 December. Those who shouldn't be close to P&S breaches submit by 31 March.
what do you mean mate explain for matt lol
I would demand 15, then negotiate from thereIf its dropped to 6 points appeal again .
If that's not possible go legal.
FFS. If they changed the rules to 'make' us break them, and a half-decent lawyer can prove it, then all 10 should be returned. It's the only possible outcome. Anything else is just wanton discrimination, which can only hasten an IR being appointed. If its dropped to 6 points appeal again .

They didnt change the rules.FFS. If they changed the rules to 'make' us break them, and a half-decent lawyer can prove it, then all 10 should be returned. It's the only possible outcome. Anything else is just wanton discrimination, which can only hasten an IR being appointed.
It's all about the stadium rules. That's the only thing that gives us even the slightest hope of a full overturn.
But why did we not ring fence the stadium money if that was all that was required? They didnt change the rules.
There was a discrepancy with an amount Everton assumed would be allowed, but due to Everton not earmarking the cash for the Stadium it wasnt allowed to be added to the Stadium.
Cos Everton innit. But why did we not ring fence the stadium money if that was all that was required?
I’m not sure any more. Initial reporting was that it was just clubs who had lost more than £15m over three seasons. Both The Athletic and The Times are reporting that all clubs have to submit their accounts by 31 December.
E48 does start with an 'if...', to be fair. It's probably just about all the clubs anyway because so few are making any profit.I’m not sure any more. Initial reporting was that it was just clubs who had lost more than £15m over three seasons.
Now places are reporting all clubs.
Seems sections E.49-E.50 are relevant, but I can’t say with any conviction what the situation is:
Slow suspenseful music…”And the next contestant to leave the jungle/competition/house/island is…”Why the 15th January? Why don’t they just tell us now? Honestly if this is what football has become I’m just going to sack it off. Big countdowns to find out who is going to get a points deduction because of financial irregularities. It’s not a sport.
