The only way we could realistically breach would be once the war began, we ran out of money overnight and moshiri had held on ever since in the hope that ulsmanov was allowed to do business again or things would work out by themselves. There has to be some financial black hole at the club and that can only be the root cause of it because we know the war impacted the stadium costs.
