If we are to reject it,.it wouldn't be a straight away deduction like this one would it? Isn't the reason city's one is taking so long is because they have rejected it?

what’s noise do? the whole country i’ve said the deduction was a farceWe need to make a lot of noise from tomorrow onwards if we are charged, like Andy Burnham has been doing. After the first charge we kept quiet largely because we didn't think that the penalty would be so severe. We can't make that mistake again. We need to make them think hard about what they are embarking on, and we should do it with Forest fans as well.
Independent regulator. Six club hegemony. Take your pick. Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 why we are getting charged for the same year again
Because we are building a stadium...We need working capital every month
3 year rolling period. Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 why we are getting charged for the same year again

Because we WAS building a stadium...
I said it ages ago. There's no way we will have two points deductions applied in one season especially when they relate to breaches over different measuring periods. That won't happen.
Our wages to turnover figure does not suggest that we have been frugal. We've had a net spend of £38.3million over the last 5 years and sold close to £300mill worth of players.
There's very good evidence to say over that period we've been frugal and curbed anything excessive.
Stadium, wages, interest payments, and not putting things in the right boxes on the accounts is what's been looked at
We have been super frugal but it’s not enough. Interest cost that isn’t related to the stadium is no different to us spending on coffee in the canteen, or the phone bill, or player salaries. It’s astronomical and rose massively. Only recently will it have flatlined. We all heard how many thousands of pounds per day we were paying in interest.
Mosh turning off the interest free taps and using commercial loans to fund day to day operations (not stadium) will have put a dent in this years PSR calc to the tune of tens of millions.
That's what I would have thoughtObviously any punishment, since it would relate to the next period under review, would be applied to next season and not this one
If we create another 113 breaches then can't we drag it on for years too?!They haven't turned a blind eye. The difference is we admitted to messing up whereas City deny all allegations and can thus drag it through the courts for years.
I have an inkling that the punishment would be applied this year.Obviously any punishment, since it would relate to the next period under review, would be applied to next season and not this one
Yep OK am backing us. The energy wained over Xmas. Backs against the wall Dycheball is back on the menu chaps. We're fully gonna survive.Another 10 points puts us 9 points behind Luton
i think they want to prove to the government they don’t need independent regulation, so their slamming everton as hard as they can no matter what the consequences and now theyv gone to far to turn back back without looking ridiculous
