This is the bit that feels wrong to me - they’re double counting. I know they do it over a rolling three year period but if you’ve ever already been punished for two of the three seasons in a rolling period and the rules make no acknowledgment t if that there’s something wrong. Sure a decent lawyer would tear that to pieces.

From a very simplistic perspective, does it mean that as we have "breached twice" in that rolling period does it lend itself to them sticking to their guns when the 1st review takes place or at least steering the independent panel to follow this path and pointing to the fact they have found us in breach twice?

I have no knowledgeable info so im just looking form their view.

People are generally thick, lazy and can’t be bothered researching something. Honestly it’s a symptom of society in general and not just football fans, you see it in all walks of life.
