Easy PR for these jokers would be to appoint a new chairman and sack the manager. That would at least buy them a grace period

Normally any well run business doesn't fire someone until they've someone better lined up to replace them. Firing someone, and then having to wait to replace them, or replacing them with someone objectively worse would mark them out instantly as charlatans.

Anyway, after seeing how someone like Carlo has gotten on, I'm no longer optimistic that there's a magic bullet that can be pressed for instant improvement. Thats presuming of course that they have the money to attract and keep a top replacement. Which is the biggest outstanding question at the moment.
