Should 777 want to walk away, we leave ourselves open to adminstration so potentially a another 9 points deduction but we also open the door for other groups to who hopefully are better than 777

It's impossible to know what is best in this situation.

I'd do almost anything to rid ourselves of Moshiri but then hesitate over the destruct button after reading about 777. The fear is being out of the frying pan and into the fire.

It's an impossible situation to be in.

It would be just our luck to finish 8 points clear of relegation, then get a further 9 point deduction when Moshiri/777 fook us over into liquidation with more ineptitude.

lol lol

There is absolutely no way we're getting that sort of money for stadium sponsorship now.
For a 10 year sponsorship deal...as long as we are in the league, we should easily secure 20 millions per season. That should be the baseline...

We were only getting a sponsorship because of USM. Spurs still haven't got a sponsor for their stadium.
Spurs is asking for too much probably...apparently a deal was close for 250 millions 10 year deal earlier in the year but never got done. They are not desperate as we are for money so they can afford to wait a bit more to get that top top deal which will come eventually.

How can all three sue us when at least two would have gone down anyway even if the punishment had been applied? Plus as far as I can see the only organisation that could be sued is the premier league wrt the points deductions.

You try telling them that because the latest is that all three of the "B"s are planning to do just that.

We yet to sign a big sponsorship naming deal for the new stadium. That could easily be between 200 and 250 millions alone which would help to pay the interest on the loans. The interest on the loans, whilst it is not ideal is not the bigger problem. The issue is the new stadium with cost rising and with moshiri using the club to pay for the build rather than continuing to put his own money...between the cost of the stadium, loans and day to day running, we are struggling right now. We will get new buyers if not 777 as long as we remain in the league. We cannot be relegated.

Given that if we are liable for any compensation this is coming from Moshiri and not 777, like them or loathe them, they are the only way we avoid administration

If there is a large financial award against the club, the club will go into administration. Moshiri and/or 777 aren't paying that.

I think you are vastly overrating the stadium rights naming values in the PL. We only had USM so that Uncle Uzzy could pump more oligarch cash into the club.
