Presumably after they have been throughly vetted by the PL who give us the ok but remind it’s still our responsibility to ensure they are fit and proper, despite passing the fit and proper test.

777 don't appear to be the answer. The new stadium seems to be more of a burden than a new dawn. The league is rotten.

If it looks like it's going south (it does) then you'd imagine MSP will re-enter the picture, maybe one or two others.

If they fall through. Moshiri finds the funds to keep the whole thing afloat while dropping the selling price to get a buyer.
Its not in his interest to go in to administration and he has the funds to bridge the gap.
