Well, how about the way Chico uses obsenities? Nobody seems to say anything about that?

I have no problem with his posts, adds to the character. But to a newbie they may think its a little off.

Think of it like this, would Roy Keane be half the player he was if he wasn't such a dirty [Poor language removed]? No.

I'm sorry if I come across as hostile, but how anyone can characterise anyone from words is beyond me.

and ghost, i dont think suits is attacking you.. far from it ... it comes accross to myself, that at first until you steady the wavelength between yourself and a 3rdparty you can come accross rather hostile..

i thought that myself.. but now you seem to have backed off and more on an even keale... which is good

Well thats far too cryptic for me.

I say it as I see it, if passion gets in the way, then I would rather it get in the way rather than me be whimsical about my football beliefs. We are all different and at the end of the day you just have to understand that we are all making opinions and they are not all going to be accepted.

You don't agree with me on some stuff and I don't agree with some of your stuff. But outside of this forum my opinions are shared with all my fellow Evertonians. If they weren't then maybe I would revisit my thoughts.

As for being tactless about Gravesen, Anichebe and Horne I don't think I have been, and if I have been hostile, don't worry - its not going to spill out onto the streets. The beauty of forums is you can vent fury without the consequences of a prison cell for the night.

It seems that you as a poster can't accept others opinions, regardless of how constructed they are. I have accepted some of yours and have even backed down, but you sound like a woman - never wrong, and just because you post here constantly doesn't give you the right to judge me or my character.

Plus, you certainly didn't need to mention it in this thread because it had nothing to do with this thread.

theres passion and there excess, i have a good rant now and them but i dont or at least try not to have a good solid rant at any fellow forum member.

if i pick through some of your posts ghost and point out what i saw as a little excessive will you still love me tomorrow?

i can accept any opinions, i dont have to agree with them, and i occasionally my counter points with a view to expanding and exploring the initial lines of thought.

as for me sounds 'like a woman - never wrong', thats not very helpful is it? i am wrong more often than im right, what i will say is, that there are ways and means of expressing yourself to fellow board members, and some are good ways, others are less good.

as for the underlined bit, i didnt, have never and will never post such a thing - thats all yours, i have a question though, how long have you felt that way with regards my posting and post count?

the main reason for this topic was about the way i was slated for text talk, but others use it to , and how it feels that newbees get a rough ride..

i agree about the chico thing, and to be honest he hasnt offended me in anyway !!

I speak with many guys here and none of them have been offended by me, or at least they haven't made a point of it.

In fact in some threads I feel that I have been unjustly judged and I have been offended.

of course it is... i agree.. and a forum is a discussion board and its quite fun to get it heated etc...

especially before a night out so ill be all wound up and ready to party the night away !!

im not even offended like some of you appear to get.. but i just wanted to make my point clear !!

Before i was here you said how you were slated for your text talk and then how you've been abused as a new member being told where the door is.

When asked names, you said Fernandes37.

Simple.

I've already said my intial reply to your text talk was "Your text talk is really annoying, I'm sorry to say"

If you see that as slating/abusing/bullying/rubbishing/telling you where to go.

Then i worry about you.

chico uses obscenities against himself and micknick. i dont have a prob with that, i enjoy a good swear now and then.

i'd like to think that any newbie would be open minded enough to get a feel for the board and its members before passing judgement, unless they are or feel personally attacked/abused by an individual utilising obscenities and whatever else.

roy keane brought an edge to the field of play, the opposition brought an edge to the same field of play as well, sporting endeavour. this web forum isnt the field of play.

i havnt characterised you or anyone else (shabs is a red so that rat doesnt count) i have tried and still am trying to help you post a little more tactfully so that in future it is a great deal more difficult for you to be misunderstood and thought/read negativly about.

i have said a few times, im not having a go. trust me im not, its all about 'tact'.

jon_efc could have and i believe should have researched this topic fully before starting it, he has under 200 posts to read back on to find the places he feels hard done too, and to be absolutley sure whom he is addressing.
