Aaron Lennon ( On Loan January 2015 )

How much would you pay for Lennon in the Summer

  • Up to the rumoured 6 or 7 million - worth every penny

  • No more than 5 million - he's OK, but not worth any more

  • No more than 3 million - he's got no end product ffs

  • Wouldn't take him on a free, he's badly gash

  • Stop asking me questions and stick the grill on

The problem McGeady has is he's almost as good as Messi.

We need pace on the wings. Plus he may still be very good, midfielders sometimes get lost over at Spuds because they have a million of them. Its kind of sad that we are so far below Spurs that they are loaning us players.

From the likes of Husband, Steven, Dave Thomas, Sheeds and Kanchelskis to .... Aaron.

Forty years of progress. Splendid.

And yet half our side would walk into theirs even before Super Kev

Not convinced personally, I don't think we need another winger with no end product. However if we can train him to pass the ball to Lukaku's feet rather than hitting it out for a goal kick, it could work our well. Best of luck to him.

quite horrifying how many people think signing a winger with zero end product is a good thing,

gone from kono to Rafael silva to this guy.....

Gone are the Andrei kanchelskis days that's for sure

The lack of deals by anyone shows that the comments made by managers about how difficult business is at this time of year are true.

I can't see how anyone can not be happy with this short term signing.

A 27 year old England international with loads of pace (What everyone says they want) who's comjng from a top club with loads of resources who's fan rate him highly and many want him to stay on loan for 6 months with a clause for a permenant deal or he goes back. It's a no brainer.

Outside of the 2 title challenges with there dirty money. Have any premier league clubs done better than us in this window??

The consensus amongst the 'experts' on Sky is that he'll be another excellent loan signing by us, very good business.
