Im a firm believer that central midfield is the most important area of the pitch, it is were games are won and lost, its the foundation and the platform to impose your game, if you loose the battle there you loose games.
We've found this to our determinant. Im just glad the club is recognising the gaping hole we have there.
When you are leaking water, you fix that leak any way and the best way you have at hand.

Ahh you see, im banking on us getting in Allan Doucoure for stability would allow us to buy/bring through u23s for the rest of the squad
Any player on loan from watford would definitely benefit from learning multiple managers tactics over a season
For me its the defence.
If you have a brilliant defence then you dont allow shots on goal. Thats why i really want us to sign Gabriel.
Also, top sides have a CB who can ping long passes and full backs who can attack the opposition adding goals and assists.
Dont concede and dont lose. Id be very happy if for once we had a really low goals against column.
Chelsea have the league record of 15 conceded in 2014/15
I cant find our record in the premier league but last season we conceded 56 goals.
The midfield will help but we really do need a RB+CB this window.

It's all about balance Zat. You can't every player coming in being a prospect who need time, while also you cant bring in only older heads, all about having a balance of that youthful carefree energy, with the experienced and calmness of the older heads.

I thought that at first but one of the Admins on TEF has said its done. Apparently reliable. Just hoping that Allan wasnt being used as a smokescreen for him and both are coming in, god knows we need 2.
Reading O'Keefe's comments this morning suggests Gbamin wont be returning in september as Ancelotti previously thought, more later Autumn so maybe that why we are targeting 2
Yeah some of the folks on Twitter are saying it’s done. No idea if true but if the Standard were reporting we were coming back with another bid I imagine it’s not an unreasonable shout.
Think the bloke of TEF said one of their “itks” said Allan will be done this week too. No idea if reliable just passing on what I read.
