Kantareller
Player Valuation: £35m
Like Marco Silva's Watford days, get him in the box and he will get some goals

Ancelotti got a lot of good performances out of him but used him mostly for the athleticism, which is also fair.I do wonder if the players just didn’t like Lampard.
Whilst extremely unprofessional, I’d be disillusioned too, if my manager was completely clueless and affecting morale.
Dyche plays him to his strengths and what a transformation. Something Benitez, Ancelotti and Lampard could not sort.
The impression I get is that he was so busy trying to be everyone's best mate I'm not actually sure how much coaching was actually going on. Things sounded far too relaxed at times.I do wonder if the players just didn’t like Lampard.

Think it’s pretty much automatic to trigger the option if we stay up. It’s a big wage but 5m for one season is nothing compared to the cost of replacing what he’s bringing to that midfield.Extend him. Proving he’s a valuable asset. Not one for the long term, but another year I think he’s worth that.
The rap on Lampard seems to be that he’ll try to be best buds with the players he rates but will totally blank anyone he doesn’t rather than try to improve them, even though that’s a huge part of the job.The impression I get is that he was so busy trying to be everyone's best mate I'm not actually sure how much coaching was actually going on. Was excellent yesterday but lets see him string together games
He's always good for 1 in 3 and then has a stinker
Every ounce of my substantial built up hatred of him disappeared when I saw how far he sprinted, and how many players he overtook, to get himself into that gaping chasm in the box.

To be honest that can still happen - McNeil isn't exactly rapid - defo quick at the start, mind - but has stamina for ages. The fitness levels were through the floor.
Dyche is still working on it now. I remember the one earlier in the season where Coleman sprinted past McNeill, what a calamitous tome that was under Lampard.
