If we sold in the summer I’d see if we could get Willock from Newcastle as the replacement.

Doesn’t travel that good with the ball, he can hardly get it under control imo. If we can get an attacking midfielder, 25mil and we’d have to sell. I doubt the offer will be there in the summer

What was Henderson on? I’m sure it was a lot more than doucoure. Players are also greedy. Most people even if millionaires, will always want more

Maybe, but I’d also add that Doucoure had the option of running his contract down so he’d be in a prime position to attract interest from abroad this month. Even just stalling on a contract would have put him in this position, and Everton would have been put in a position where they’d likely have to sell.

That didn’t happen. Everton offered a years extension and Doucoure accepted it. He doesn’t want to move imo, and I don’t blame him. He’s our highest paid player, and on absolute dream contract at Everton.

Depends how much they are offering tbh. There's no doubt he's been out most important player under Dyche but he isn't irreplaceable.

I hope he stays just because I don't want us to be disrupted any further mid-season, but everyone has a price and we really need the money right now.
