Him in a pivot needs to end today. He just ball watches too much and gives the opposition midfelder far too much space centrally to run at the backline.

Going to cost goals throughout the season.

But he hasn’t. Gana and Iroebugnam have.

Was madness to go back to the same midfield that shipped all those goals earlier in the season.

I don’t want Doucoure to play, but things have been more settled with he and Mangala. Bizarre sub to break them up. And if one had to come off, it should have been Doucoure.

Ipswich with Delap and their other quick players upfront will certainly be wanting him to start in the two deeper midfield positions than as the 10.

It was a bit like Bournemouth I agree but I think some of the exisiting players like DCL, McNeill and ahem Doucs were all completely done and couldn't press so asking plenty of the two CMs to cover everything at that point.

There's certainly a fitness issue for last 10 minutes even in games when Dyche uses 3-4 subs. Can't understand why Beto didn't get put on just to give some fresh legs at CF.

Remember Dyche commenting on fitness levels when he took over and for a while after they were okay,now not so much.

Not really though. When you’ve spent years demonstrating a lack of understanding of the offside law and how to time runs it’s not unlucky at all when you fail to time the run.

We aren’t in that situation if we don’t have woeful players like Doucoure on the pitch every week
