2024/25 Abdoulaye Doucoure

So let me get this straight ?

You don’t play your young players that are good ? Because we are in a relegation battle and it’s not good for them?

So you continue to play your crap players ? Meaning your more likely a to be in a relation battle ?

Which in turn jeopardises the safely of the club?

So the players are better off watching crap each week from the bench? The club is better off playing its carp players?

Why not play your young players so they can improve like brathwaite did ?

Bare in mind that McNeil played in relation battles when he was young , and was only 21 last season , garner was young last season, brathwaite was young last season and all playing in a relegation scrap.

Doucs being on the football pitch is a mask e liability … end of
Tim is really promising, but we have 0 points with him.

5 points with Doucoure.

No he’s not the answer, yes Tim needs more game time. But not at the expense of our safety. Tim/Dixon/O’Brien are not a generational talent like Branthwaite at all.

Mate , having a player that can’t kick a football in the centre of the pitch is a recipe for failure.

Over the course of a season having a decent footballer in there will trails more points than playing with one that can’t pass a ball

The Doucoure Paradox goes back at least to the Lampard era: yes we all think he’s rubbish but we undeniably get better results with him in the team, and that continues this season.

So I guess the question is, if a bad player improves the results of the team, are they a bad player?

We need Doucs experience and passion, he gets stuck in and works hard and does the simple things, can score the odd goal too, he is obviously no Messi but it is what it is, we need the likes of Garner and Doucs to fight for us

I definitely wouldn't depend on Tim or Jesper to come on late in games and fight to keep draws or hold onto a lead, I would play them from the start and bench them at half time if not playing well

Tim is rallly improving I totally agree but stating we have no points when he plays is utter bollox and he played today and we got three points.

The general consensus around the ground is that we have to persevere with Tim,he is better than Doucoure who is a reliability.

You are obviously on the side of Dyche ball otherwise Doucoure would get no where near the staring line up and when your team are bolloxed you would be using your last two subs that went unused to freshen up.

Even your heroDoucoure was blowing out of his arse with Dyches other favourite McNeill but left on the pitch.

The reasoning of points to player tha play is pathetic this early in the season, we have got our points so far this season because teams that we got points from have failed to finish us off, we have lost points for the same reason.

We are three athletic players away from being a strong mid to top half team the margins are that tight for the also ran teams, the margins just havent been with us and it is not because of Bambi!
