Surely Gana and Mangala sitting, and Myko/Young sitting at left back should be enough to allow actual footballers to play in front of them with a bit less responsibility? He’s not even strong or dangerous on set pieces, he’s shorter than Dwight McNeill.
As much as our “tactics
” mean we are so shorthanded in attack, the personnel alone means teams don’t even have to consider our attacking threats when setting up their team. Nuno changed his formation during the warm up and soundly thumped us because it literally didn’t matter.
And we STILL get caught out on the break, so what’s the point. May as well be even more open and force the opposition to worry a little. That starts with dropping this fella and playing another semi-footballer with some sense of co-ordination.

Not his fault, the lad does not pick himself.
However it is now baffling he's an auto on the team sheet and basically getting a full 90m to boot. He has been dire and would not be in the side with any other manager at the helm, same as Harrison. It's why we are where we are with pigheadedness like Dyche's.

He'll clearly have a raft of top clubs after him as of 1 January when he's able to sign a pre-contract with a foreign side. We should extend his contract to 'maintain his true value' and give ourselves a strong bargaining position when teams try to tempt us with high-value bids in the summer.
