Ademola Lookman

He seems to have had issues with three managers since he arrived....which kinda tells you that either he's a world star and should start every game...or the managers don't think he's done enough to guarantee a first team start

I know which one I think...apart from Fat Sam who doesn't really count despite being one of the 3 I mentioned

Can we afford to have this snake sulking and stinking the gaff out till January.
Get shut for as much as we can get ( dont think anyone will pay 30 mil) 20 mil and a huge sell on clause.
Bank it and bring in a replacement in January .....Lozano would do nicely :D

If it was hard for him to get in the team last season then it's double hard this season, how's he going to get in with Richarlison and Bernard now here, even further down the pecking order.

It makes sense to sell him if we can get a good fee.

It`s a really strange attitude for such a young and relatively inexperienced lad to have, especially after Silva has said nothing but good things about him.

As others have said, he`s either got a very over inflated opinion of his own ability or he`s being very badly advised.

I suspect a bit of both.

One thing`s for sure, the " homesickness " thing has been blown out of the water, with him wanting to go back to Germany.

I will always support the right to withdraw labour.

I’ll always believe if a player doesn’t want to play for your club, get them gone.

BUT..... If there’s a new trend towards players saying “I want to leave & I will only go to X club”, as happened with Cortois & appears might be happening with Lookman???, then the governing bodies need to sit down & look at a solution.

If players start doing this, it could impact the game on a scale similar to Bosman. Why would a club pay £50M for a player if all they have to do is tap him up & tell him to sit tight, while they offer £15M or something.

He voluntarily signed a contract to play for us and accepted the working conditions he signed up for. This is not normal work. This is not industry or something. He is no doubt very well remunerated at such a young age. So I absolutely do not support him in withdrawing his labour and in fact he'd be in breach of contract.

First ‘test’ of silva’s management. If the window hadn’t already closed I suspect he’d be on his way. As it is I’m sure he’ll be told to knuckle down and train hard to force his way back into the side. Can see him leaving in January, when an adequate replacement can be recruited.
Isnt the window still open between PL and Europe intil 31st Aug?

Still sulking it seems. Gets to a point where he's doing more harm than good.

If they don't offer 25-30m stick him with the youngsters until January when we'll be able to replace him properly.

I think we need to get as much for him as Leicester paid for Maddison.

25m seems about right in the current climate, so RB need to piss or get off the pot.
