Yes! Good that he's just working - I think if we stay in this position in the EPL, or move to regular Europa League games, we should try to convince players that we are a good stepping stone, and a good development club for top players. THen when we progress to regular Champions League in the future - we hope! - then we can start to keep players longer. Even then though, young players get bored, and I never thought I'd live to see players swapping Arsenal and Chelsea, Man City and Man U, Liverpool and Arsenal etc. No loyalty now, s we have to just prove that it's good for them to stay at Everton !
