As it is outside of the Transfer Window, they are "Free To Weasel". The one caveat is that their patterns of behaviour will be informally noted.

..I think the indication is that he wants to leave but the extent of this is the unknown. It’ll be interesting to see what the next few days bring.

If this is the case, very interested in a post from @davek yesterday saying he should be shown the door for wanting out. Not sure how that equates to his criticism of the club and not the players when Barkley and Lukaku we’re doing similar.
